Can I give 10 stars?? Molly Mae Events was THE essential part of making the biggest (and best!) day of our lives perfect, seamless, flawless and stress-free. When I first met with Megan I could tell I was going to be in great hands. She was so enthusiastic and so positive. As any bride knows, planning a wedding is quite possibly the most emotional and stressful time of your life, but Megan made sure to consistently calm my nerves and allowed me to enjoy the planning process and the days leading up to my wedding. On my wedding day, I was actually able to relax because I knew Megan and her associate planner had everything under control. She constantly checked on me and my bridesmaids to make sure we were doing okay and to see if we needed anything. Our ceremony and reception space far exceeded our expectations and the day flowed perfectly. Our wedding day was truly one out of our dreams I know a huge part of that was because of Megan. Molly Mae Events, thank you for everything you did to make our day so perfect!!



I don’t even know where to begin!! There are not enough stars to express just how amazing Megan and her team is!! Living in NYC, and having our wedding in Atlanta, definitely made for some stressful planning. But when we brought Megan in, our fears of something fallingthrough the cracks immediately subsided. Megan is so knowledgeable, went above and beyond to do anything needed, even if it was just to listen to me vent! Our family and friends could not believe just how smoothly everything went. Down to a minute by minute timeline the day of for our wedding party. She is exactly the calm, cool, and collected person you need to help on the biggest day of your lives! Best decision we’ve ever made Hands down!!

My husband and I both agree that hiring Megan was the BEST decision we made in the entire wedding planning process. Because of Megan, our ceremony/reception was everything we dreamed it would be and we didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day of our wedding! We actually got to relax and enjoy the day! Technically, we hired Megan as our Day of Coordinator, but she did so much more! She really went above and beyond. In advance of our wedding, she created our ceremony outline, a detailed wedding day timeline, coordinated arrivals/set-up times with all of my vendors and made sure that overall we had everything planned for all the way from the major events down to the minor details. Throughout the entire process, Megan was so sweet, so positive, and so organized. I really do not know what we would have done without her. We can’t thank Megan enough for everything she did for our wedding. She is the ultimate planner and went above and beyond to make our wedding so special. She was always very responsive, helpful, and knowledgable about all the other vendors and the details that go along with a wedding. The ceremony and reception were so beautiful, that our guests were commenting about everything. She put everything together better than we could have imagined it. Megan took care of all of the details so that we didn’t have to worry about anything – it was absolutely perfect. Everyone is still telling us that our wedding was one of the best weddings they have been to and we know it wouldn’t have been that way without Molly Mae Events!

Deciding to work with Megan of Molly Mae Events for my wedding was by far the best decision I made during the entire wedding planning process! From the first day I spoke with Megan on the phone, I felt an overwhelming sense of relief knowing I could have her on my side to plan the wedding of my dreams! She is organized, enthusiastic, positive, and an absolute joy to be around. She is an expert in everything wedding and she continuously went above and beyond her responsibilities and my expectations to make sure my wedding was absolutely perfect! Absolute best decision. I can’t begin to describe how wonderful Molly Mae Events is. Megan was beyond incredible and easy to work with. Megan was an essential part of our wedding planning and our wedding day and I can’t say enough good things about her and Molly Mae Events! As soon as I spoke with Megan I knew I found the right person. She is like your best friend, your sanity, and your answer to everything leading up to the wedding. She was willing to help in all ways possible – coordinating vendor meetings, keeping track of outstanding invoices, creating wedding day timelines, and more. Megan made me feel welcome to call her whenever I needed. Text, email, phone, or in person meeting- she would do it. I had no problem handing over all the control to her because I knew I was in good hands with her and I sure was! She didn’t miss a beat. She will make you feel like you are the only wedding she has and you are the most important person to her at that time. She made our lives so much easier – more than I could have anticipated and I would highly recommend her to anyone getting married.



Best Decision We Made!

Where do I even begin?! From the first phone conversation I had with Megan, I knew we needed her to be part of our day. Let’s start with the fact that her upbeat, positive, friendly, yet very professional attitude literally changes a room. Second, when I asked Megan to be ourday-of coordinator, we were about 4 months out- I had everything set in place, just needed someone to coordinate the day so my family and friends could relax and enjoy the day. Over the next four months, we switched venues- Megan took care of all of our vendor changes. The week of our wedding, most of St louis was under water and I was ready to panic with all the things I couldn’t get to, but Megan and Jamie (also with MME) took care of everything! On our wedding day, everything was flawless. Megan made sure myself and my girls were all set, same with my husband and his guys, and made sure the venue was decorated perfectly. At the end of the night, my husband and I, and our parents got to leave with our guests without worry because Megan and Jamie eye already getting things put away and broken down. I can’t say enough good things! Thank you!



I cannot express how truly amazing Megan was! She literally saved the day multiple times and helped make my wedding day so perfect. I truly would have had a few melt downs had she not been so wonderful in making sure everything came together so smoothly!

I hired Megan to help me during the last month of my planning and she was a LIFE SAVER 🙂 My mom and I had originally only hired a weekend of coordinator, but I got really overwhelmed towards the end of the planning process and decided to hire Megan. The only regret I have is not having hired her sooner! We liked her so much that we ended up using her as our weekend of coordinator instead of the one we originally hired. She immediately took over everything and she did such a good job listening and hearing my vision for the big day and went above and beyond to help make it happen. So basically she was awesome and you should hire her!! 🙂

elegance and style and brought our vision to life. I also appreciate how you communicated with me and my mom constantly and your positive energy and sweet words of encouragement. I truly felt at ease throughout the entire process. We couldn’t have asked for a better decorator/planner for our wedding. You simply are the best!!!!
